OST, Inc. is the District of Columbia Managed Service Provider for Professional Staff Augmentation (MSP). OST facilitates the staff augmentation procurement process between State hiring managers and the nationwide DC MSP staffing network providers.

OST, Inc. is the District of Columbia (DC) Office of the Chief Financial Officer’s (OCFO) Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Staff Augmentation (DC MSP). OST facilitates the staff augmentation procurement process between OCFO hiring managers and the nationwide DC MSP vendor network. OST is partnered with VectorVMS and provides a Vendor Management System that handles the workflow from beginning to end. The DC MSP program is dedicated to transparency, continuous improvement of process efficiency, and providing opportunities to the Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) community.

Vendor Participation

Vendors must be registered with DC MSP as a CBE or Non-CBE.In order to participate in DC MSP as a CBE, companies must first be registered with the Department of Small and Local Business Development CBE Certifications | dslbd (dc.gov). For your information, if you activate the “Attachments” widget on the VectorVMS dashboard, you will find a number of documents pertinent to the program. To activate, in the upper right corner of your dashboard is a “Configure Dashboard” icon; click on it, and drag “Client Attachments” down to the dashboard, then hit “Save and Close”.
